塑膠地板施工前需要做哪些檢測？

PVC塑膠地板在施工之前需要對地面狀況進行檢測和項目標準評估，主要要做好下面這幾個方面：

1)強度
1) strength
細石砼找平層(或水泥砂漿)強度等級大于C20，用硬度測試儀檢測結果應是地坪表面硬度不低于1.2兆帕。細石砼找平層(或水泥砂漿)不得空鼓、裂縫、起砂。
The strength grade of fine stone concrete leveling layer (or cement mortar) is greater than C20. The hardness test result by hardness tester should be that the surface hardness of the floor is not less than 1.2 MPa. Fine stone concrete leveling layer (or cement mortar) shall not be empty, cracked, sand.
2)地面平整度

2m范圍內高低誤差在3mm內(2m長檢測尺檢測)。
The high and low errors within 2m range are within 3mm (2m long measuring ruler detection).

施工前應確保地面干燥，砼或水泥砂漿找平層至少超過終凝養護期28天，使用CNN含水率測試儀檢測基層的含水率應小于3%。
Before construction, the ground should be dry. The leveling layer of concrete or cement mortar should exceed the final curing period for at least 28 days. The moisture content of the base should be less than 3% by using CNN moisture tester.

衛生間、洗涮間、開水間等可能長期接觸水的部位，墻地面應做好防水層(防水層上墻高度不低于30cm)。衛生間、洗涮間、開水間等地面標高應低于其它部位地面標高3-5cm。
Waterproof layer should be made on the wall and floor (the height of the wall on the waterproof layer is not less than 30 cm) where the toilet, washing room and boiling water room may be in contact with water for a long time. The ground elevation of toilet, washing room and boiling water room should be 3-5 cm lower than that of other parts.
底層樓面地坪，土建方(或裝飾方)應做好防潮層。

5)與其它材料交界處的高差

其它地面材料交界處(地毯、大理石、木地板、地磚等)高差應在負4-6mm之內。亞麻油地材鋪設前門扇底至地面留縫H≥10mm。
The height difference at the junction of other floor materials (carpet, marble, wood floor, floor tile, etc.) should be within minus 4-6 mm. Flax oil floor material laying front door fan bottom to ground seam H (> 10mm).
6)交叉施工

地材施工禁止交叉施工。地材進場施工，應安排在所有前期工序均已完工退場后進行或后涂裝前進行。

地材施工，每道工序都有一定的養護期，且后期施工較精細。為保證施工質量，必須保證足夠施工工期。
