2、地板不能長期浸泡在水中。雖然塑膠地板防水防潮效果很好，但長時間浸水會加速塑膠地板老化，嚴重影響其使用壽命。每天拖、洗地也要及時吸水。

3、嚴禁使用堅硬粗糙的清潔器具（如鋼球、清潔布等）擦地，防止尖銳物體與地面碰撞。

5、在交通繁忙的公共場所入口處放置一塊摩擦墊，以防灰塵和沙粒進入，刮傷塑膠地板。

6、在人流量較多、磨損較大的地方，應縮短保養周期，增加高強度蠟的打蠟次數。
